Parking Information

Located at every property is parking and a sign for a towing company. If you are in a house, all the parking spots are part of your group's so you may call the company and have cars towed from your parking areas.

If you are in an apartment, parking is an additional fee so you may not park in a spot unless you are paying for it and it has been assigned to you. This includes all garage and exterior parking. If someone is in your spot, you must follow these steps:

1. Call our office at 206-547-3000 or the Propery Manager
2. Tell us which property you are at and which parking spot needs to be towed
3. Wait for the tow truck to come (We may tell you to park elsewhere for the short term so you don't have to wait to park)

We will do our best to get the cars towed as quickly as possible so you may park in your designated spot.
