Maintenance Request

If you smell gas leaking or there is a fire, please call 9-1-1 for emergency assistance and call 206-547-3000 (Option 2).

If you have an emergency repair request, such as: flooding, water leaking into the building, no hot water or heat, or a broken refrigerator, please call the University Properties Maintenance Supervisor at 206-547-3000 to make your request immediately.

Please use Appfolio Maintenance Requests tab for all other maintenance issues/requests.

1. Click the Maintenance Requests button on your Appfolio home page.
2. Enter the maintenance request with as much detail as you can (feel free to add pictures).
3. Include exactly where the maintenance request will need to be done like unit number and which floor if applicable.
4. Let us know if we can enter the property if you are not there.
5. You're all set! We will get to the request within a couple days based on urgency.
