Moving out can be hectic at times. Here are a few tips to help smooth out the process!

1. Double check your move out date and time. If your lease ends August 31st, you must move out by 12pm on that date.
2. Clean your unit thoroughly including bathrooms, cupboards, fridges, etc.
3. Fill out the move out inspection (on the other half of the move in inspection). Note any extra damages.
4. Turn in your keys (and garage clicker if applicable). If you are in a house, put your keys on your bedroom doorknob so we can quickly find them!
5. Make sure you disconnect all accounts including wifi, electricity, etc.
6. Double check you have no subscriptions getting mailed to the address
7. Fill out a "Forwarding Address" form or change it through the web at www.usps.com
